12,855 coronavirus protocol violations in one week

Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Interior recorded 12,855 violations of coronavirus precautionary measures and preventive protocols in a week; starting from Nov. 22 to Nov. 28 in all regions of the Kingdom, according to the statistical figures the ministry also published.

The Makkah region also registered the highest number of violations with 3,290 coronavirus cases, followed by the Al-Qassim region with 1980 cases. The violations in other regions are the following: Riyadh (1,956); Madinah (1,609); the Eastern Province (1,114); Hail (501); Northern Border region (470); Al-Jouf (432); Tabuk (400). In addition to Asir (393); Al-Baha (271); Najran (257); as well as Jazan (182); SPA reported.

The ministry also emphasized that citizens and expatriates must continue to adhere to the preventive protocols and adhere to the instructions issued by the concerned authorities in this regard.
