Arab League Condemns Turkish Parliament Approval to Send Troops to Libya

TheArab League strongly condemned and denunciated the Turkish parliament'sapproval to authorize the Turkish president to send troops to Libya .

Ina statement issued today, Arab League expressed its support of the politicalprocess through the full implementation of the Sukhairat Agreement as the onlyreference for any political settlement in Libya.

TheArab League also expressed concern about the possibility of military escalationthat may aggravate the crisis in Libya and threaten the security and stabilityof the neighboring countries and the whole region, the statement added.
