The Civil Society Organizations Forum 2020 wasopened on Friday at King Fahd Conference Center in the Senegalese capital,Dakar, tunder the patronage of President of the Republic of Senegal, MackySall, in the presence of the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two HolyMosques to Senegal, Fahd bin Ali Al Dossari.
The forum discussed the role of civil societyorganizations in the unity of the Islamic world and the preservation of itsinstitutions.
The opening ceremony was attended by a numberof Arab and Islamic ambassadors accredited to Senegal.
