Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman hosts the Special Envoy of the United Nations Secretary-General for Yemen Martin Griffiths.

During the meeting, Griffiths congratulated the Crown Prince on the success of Saudi Arabia's efforts to achieve Riyadh Agreement between the Yemeni government and the Southern Transitional Council.

The Crown Prince affirmed keenness on the interests of the Yemeni people and Yemen's security and stability.

The Crown Prince also hoped the Riyadh Agreement would lead to wider understandings among the Yemeni people to reach a political solution.

They also talked about the latest developments in Yemen and the efforts being exerted towards them with.

Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Defense; Minister of State Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban; Chief of General Intelligence, Khalid bin Ali Al-Humaidan and the Saudi Ambassador to Yemen Mohammed Al Jaber attended the meeting.
