King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives (Darah) broadcast the second part of its documentary collection; "Palestine… a candle that did not go off".
The documentary prepared to clarify the permanent relation between Saudi Arabia and Palestine; and the political correlation between the Jerusalem issue and the international political issues at the Saudi diplomatic agenda.
This part, broadcast on the foundation's Youtube channel and its other platforms, revealed the roots of this spiritual and political connection that dates back to the reign of King Abdulaziz.
The historical item also included photographic documents; as well as a letter that King Abdulaziz sent to US president Franklin Roosevelt, which dated March, 1945.
The series is also an intensified reference for researchers and specialists in the Palestinian people; and a documented key for more details about the relation of Saudi Arabia with the Palestinian issue.
