Djibouti President Ismaïl Omar Guelleh congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH Crown Prince, on the occasion of signing Riyadh Agreement between the Yemeni Legitimate Government and the Southern Transitional Council.
In his cable, the president commended the signing of the RiyadhAgreement between the Yemeni Legal Government and Southern TransitionalCouncil, wishing that such great efforts exerted would be conducive tosecurity, stability and territorial integrity of the fraternal Yemeni soils.
