Iran's foreign minister Javad Zarif has showed false evidences about the U.S. military drone that was shot down by Iran on Thursday.

"At 00:14 US drone took off from UAE in stealth mode & violated Iranian airspace. It was targeted at 04:05 at the coordinates (25°59'43"N 57°02'25"E) near Kouh-e Mobarak." Javad Zarif wrote on his twitter account late on Thursday.

"We've retrieved sections of the US military drone in OUR territorial waters where it was shot down." He added.

Iran shot down the drone in international airspace, CNN reports. But according to Zarif's map and the accompanying screenshot from Google, the U.S. drone was in "stealth mode and violated Iranian airspace."

The Iranian minister's claims opened mocks on his country as this kind of drones doesn't work with such option, moreover it's 13.5m and its weight  is 10.400kg while the space between the two wings is 35.m.

Moreover, the MQ-4C Triton's manufacturer, Northrop Grumman, says on itswebsite that the Triton can fly for over 24 hours at a time at altitudes higherthan 10 miles (16 km), with an operational range of 8,200 nautical miles.

Hereby, some readers commented that the Iranian minister lie to decisivethe public opinion in his country.
