Japanese foreign ministry extols relations with Saudi Arabia

King Salman welcomes Japanese forein minister

Japanese Foreign Ministry’s Spokeswoman Mitsuko Shino has praised the bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and her country.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH Crown Prince welcomed Japan’s Foreign Minister Taro Kono in the kingdom with attendance of the Saudi Arabia’s minister of State for Foreign Affairs.

“The meetings discussed ways of enhancing bilateral relations, cooperation between the two countries and the prospects of broadening the possibilities of partnership between the two countries in all fields, in addition to the discussion of the Kingdom’s stance on achieving stability in the Middle East,” Japanese Foreign Ministry’s Spokeswoman Mitsuko Shino said.

Mitsuko Shino also referred to Japanese Foreign Minister’s reiteration in the meetings to deep ties that link the two countries and Saudi Arabia and Japan’s keenness to strengthen continuous cooperation, saying the minister considers Japan’s capabilities will give a strong push for further cooperation to achieve the Saudi vision 2030 and all its programs and initiatives.
