King Salman Calls on holding Two Extraordinary Gulf, Arab Summits in Makkah

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud is consulting and coordinating with the leaders of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states as well as the leaders of Arab League countries, in all matters that would enhance the security and stability in the region.

King Salman has invited the leaders of the GCC member states and the leaders of the Arab countries to hold two extraordinary summits, in Makkah, on Thursday May 30, 2019, to discuss these aggressions and their consequences, on the region, an official source, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced here tonight.

The call comes after the attack of commercial maritime ships, in the territorial waters of the United Arab Emirates, in addition to the Iran-backed terrorist Houthi Militias attacks on two pumping stations, within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and due to the grave consequences of such attacks on the regional and international peace as well as security.

Moreover, it comes to the supply routes and the stability of the world oil markets.
