The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has issued an order to host 1000 pilgrims from Sudan to perform Hajj for this year 1440H.

The decision comes as part of the program of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for Hajj, Umrah and visit, implemented and supervised by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance.

"500 pilgrims will be selected from members of the Sudanese army and those belonging to families of Sudanese who martyred while participating in the "Determination Storm and Restoring of Hope" operations within the Arab coalition forces supporting the legitimacy in Yemen." Minister of Islamic Affairs Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh was quoted as saying on the Saudi Press Agency.
