King Salman reviews economic cooperation with British Chancellor of Exchequer

Saudi Arabia's Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has met on Sunday at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah British Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond.

The twosides have reviewed means of developing and strengthening economic andfinancial cooperation between the two friendly countries and promisingopportunities in accordance with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

They alsoreviewed security cooperation and regional developments in light of Iranianthreats to waterways and the freedom of international navigation.

The audiencewas attended by Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister ofInterior; Minister of State and Cabinet's Member Dr. Musaed bin MohammedAl-Aiban; Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf; andMinster of Finance Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan.

It was alsoattended by Chargé d'Affaires of the British Embassy in the Kingdom of SaudiArabia Richard Oppenheim; Special Envoy for Vision 2030 Ken Costa; and SpecialAdvisor to British Chancellor of the Exchequer Duncan McCourt.
