The Ministry of Health (MoH) has provided health protocols via the Ministry’s Business Call Center 920018090; in order to provide support and answer inquiries from agencies and companies regarding Coronavirus ( COVID-19) health protocols for administrative; office and other works. The center will provide necessary information to agencies; companies and institutions to apply and follow precautionary standards and health protocols at work sites.
The Business Call Center is considered as a new concept for caring with business customers in the private healthcare sector. It provides several services, including receiving requests, following up financial entitlements; and receiving inquiries and complaints related to the section of medical licensing and private healthcare facilities control.
The center receives remarks and suggestions during official working hours; starting from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday.
