MohamedSaidil Moctar, a minister and special adviser to the Niger president, met Dr.Youssef Al-Othaimeen, the secretary-general of the Organization of IslamicCooperation (OIC), in Jeddah.
The meeting was part of the ongoing preparations for the 47thsession of the Council of OIC Foreign Ministers to be held inApril 2020 in Niamey, Niger.
Officials at the OIC General Secretariat discussed issues relatedto the conference, including organizational matters and other relatedarrangements.
The Niger official affirmed his country's resolve to make allnecessary efforts to ensure the success of the event.
