The pilgrims began arriving in here today, the eighth day of the month of Dhu Al-Hijjah 1440 AH, to spend the day of Tarwiyah (Quenching Thirst), following of the Sunnah (tradition) of Prophet Mohammed, peace be upon him.

The Pilgrims took the advantage of the outstanding services provided by the Government of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdualziz Al Saud.

It is worth mentioning that Mina is located between Makkah and Muzdalifah, seven kilometers north-east of the Grand Mosque.
