Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz Bin Saud Bin Naif and Bahraini Minister of Interior Gen. Shaikh Rashid Bin Abdullah Al Khalifa co-chaired here Sunday the Saudi-Bahraini Security and Military Committee.
At the outset of the meeting; the Bahraini Minister of Interior expressed Bahrain’s appreciation of the brotherly and noble Saudi stands and its dedication to unifying stands and cooperation in various fields.
The Bahraini minister also indicated that the meeting is an extension of the joint march of security integration; bringing the two brotherly countries together. Besides, contributing to enhancing joint security performance and consolidating further stability.
For his part, Prince Abdulaziz also stressed that Saudi-Bahraini cooperation provides a solid base for protecting the strategic interests of the countries of the region; noting the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council; led by Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy prime minister and minister of defense; as well as Bahraini Crown Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa is based on cooperation and coordination between the two countries.
Prince Abdulaziz also indicated that the Security and Military Coordination Committee will achieve what the two leaderships aspire; of security, safety, stability and development for the two brotherly peoples. During the meeting, they discussed a number of the topics on the agenda, regarding a host of recommendations and initiatives.
