The Spokesman for the Civil Defense Directorate in Jazan Region, Colonel Mohammed bin Yahiya Al-Ghamdi has stated that the directorate received a report about the fall of a military projectile launched by the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist militia from inside Yemen towards Al-Harth Governorate in Jazan Region.
Colonel Al-Ghamdi added that the military projectile was a Katyusha-type missile that fell in a garden adjacent to the Al-Harth General Hospital, its shrapnel was scattered in several different locations, and there was no damage or injuries reported.
Bahrain has condemned Iran-backed terrorist Houthi militia's launching of a bomb-laden UAV towards the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, stressing that this cowardly terrorist act represents a flagrant attack on Saudi Arabia's stability and a threat to the security and safety of civilians.
Bahrain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs commended the vigilance of the Forces of the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen in intercepting and destroying the UAV, stressing the Kingdom of Bahrain's solidarity with the Kingdom Saudi Arabia in all measures it takes to defend its security and the safety of its citizens and residents.
It also called upon the international community to take deterrent action against the practices of the Houthi militia that threaten regional security and stability.
Meanwhile, Egypt has expressed its strong condemnation of the continued attempts to target the territory of the Kingdom by the Iranian-backed terrorist Houthi militia.
It also tried to target the Kingdom with a bomb-laden UAV that the Joint Forces of the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy successfully intercepted and destroyed in Yemeni airspace.
"Egypt affirmed its support for all measures taken by the Kingdom to ensure its security and stability, as well as the safety of its citizens in facing these cowardly terrorist attacks, and in order to confront terrorism and its supporters," Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.
Moreover, the Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen strongly condemned the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist militia launching of a military projectile from inside Yemen towards Al-Harth Governorate in Jazan Region, that fell in a garden adjacent to Al-Harth General Hospital.
"The OIC's condemnation of the terrorist practices of the terrorist Houthi militia and whoever supports them by money or weapon," Dr. Al-Othaimeen stressed in a statement.
