The General Directorate of Passports, in cooperation with the National Information Center, has allowed citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab States, dependents and visitors holding the Tourist Visa to benefit from the e-services, being provided by the Ministry of Interior through the Absher platform.

The General Directorate of Passports indicated that the dependents of residents can register on the platform using the resident identity number, while citizens of the GCC countries and the visitors holding the Tourist Visa can register using the border entry number.

Registration and activating the account are through self-service machines, branches of the General Directorate of Passports, or e-channels of Saudi banks that provide this service.
