King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) continued here yesterday distributing Ramadan food baskets in Somalia, where 1200 Ramadan food baskets, weighing 108 tons, were distributed, benefiting 7200 individuals, in cooperation with Misbah Association For Development.
This comes within the framework of a project to distribute 10,761 food baskets to those in need in Somalia during the holy month of Ramadan, benefiting 64,566 people.
KSrelief distributed 217 food baskets weighing 16 tons and 58kg to needy families during the holy month of Ramadan, benefiting 1247 people.
This comes within the framework of the project of distributing food baskets by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia represented by the Center to the Lebanese people.
The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center also continued yesterday for the ninth consecutive day distributing Ramadan food baskets in Punjab, Pakistan, in cooperation with the responsible authorities of the Pakistani government to deliver the aid to beneficiaries’ homes or their nearest sites while taking all precautions laid down by the government to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
1,645 food baskets were distributed to needy families benefiting 9,870 people in a number of Punjab’s provinces.
This comes within the framework of humanitarian and relief assistance being provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through KSrelief to Pakistan during the holy month of Ramadan.
Saudi Arabia distributed 2,250 Ramadan food baskets in a number of the Red Sea State’s districts, Sudan, in cooperation with the Al-Eghtinam Human Development Organization, benefiting 13,500 individuals.
This is a part of a project to distribute 38,211 food baskets during the month of Ramadan in Republic of the Sudan.
