This has enabled the Kingdom to rank atop in the regional market of communications and information technology.
The main way to empower the public to access government services, in an effective as well as safe, smooth and integrated way, was through a mechanism of multiple electronic channels.
Thus the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology launched E-Government Program; Yesser that is leading the digital shift in the governmental departments, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
