Saudi Arabia Launches Ramadan Food Baskets Distribution Project in Somalia

Saudi Arabia's King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) launched on Sunday a project to distribute 927 Ramadan food baskets, benefiting 61,860 individuals, in Mogadishu, Somalia.

The inauguration of the project comes as an extension of the Ramadan projects, provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by KSrelief, to the most needy families in the world, for the year 1442 AH.

The KSrelief) also distributed 1,269 Ramadan food baskets, in a number of districts in the Pakistani province of Balochistan, benefiting 7,614 individuals.

This comes within a project to distribute 20,700 food baskets, provided by the KSrelief, to the needy families in Pakistan during the holy month of Ramadan 1442 AH.

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center launched yesterday the distribution of shelter and food aid for the people affected by floods in Sudan.

The aid included 3,196 shelter bags and 60,326 food baskets.

This comes within the framework of the humanitarian projects being provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the KSrelief, to the Sudanese people.
