The Kingdomof Saudi Arabia, represented by the Deputy Governor for Communications atCommunications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) Engineer Majed binMohammed Al-Mazyed, has recently chaired here the meeting of the InternationalTelecommunication Union Council team for international public policy issues forthe Internet attended by the Secretary-General of the InternationalTelecommunication Union (ITU) Houlin Zhao.
The meetingdiscussed topics that included ways to enhance security and increase confidencein the use of the Internet, and issues related to regulations for new andemerging technologies at the local and international levels.
