Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health announced on Thursday that 1162 new confirmed cases of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The daily reported number of infected cases brings the total number to 514,446 confirmed cases, including 10,666 active cases receiving necessary medical care.

"There are 1,362 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable," the Saudi Health Ministry added in their statement.

The Ministry of Health also announced that 1,386 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total recoveries to 495,650 cases. Also, 15 new deaths have been reported; bringing the total deaths to 8,130.
