Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health announced on Thursday that 1,183 new confirmed cases of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in the Kingdom.

The daily reported number brings the total number of infected cases to 445,963, including 10,152 active cases undergoing treatment, according to the Health Ministry's statement.

"There are 1,353 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable," the statement added.

"14 new deaths have been reported; putting the tally of fatalities at 7,309,"

Meanwhile, as many as 1,040 cases have recovered, raising recoveries' toll to 428,502.
