Official Spokesman Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health Dr. Muhammad Al-Abdulaali announced on Sunday that 317 new confirmed cases of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in the Kingdom.

The daily reported number brings the total number to 370,278 cases, including 2,361 active cases receiving necessary medical care.

"There are 408 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable, he said," the health ministry said in a statement.

As many as 278 cases have recovered, bringing the total recoveries to 361,515, Dr. Al-Abdulaali said, adding that five new deaths have been reported, bringing the total deaths to 6,402.
