Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health announced on Tuesday that 864 new confirmed cases of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in the Kingdom.

The daily reported number of infected cases brings the total number to 535,176, including 10,829 active cases, according to the Ministry of Health statement.

"There are 1,396 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable," the statement said.

"12 new deaths have been reported, putting the tally of fatalities at 8,357," the statement added.

Meanwhile, as many as 451 cases have recovered, raising recoveries toll to 515,990.
