Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health announced, in a statement on Thursday that 902 new confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) have been reported in the Kingdom.

The daily reported number brings the total number of infected cases to (395,854), including (7,468) active cases, according to the Health Ministry's statement.

"There are (874) critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable, the statement said," the statement said.

It added that 9 new deaths have been reported, putting the tally of fatalities at (6,728).

Meanwhile, as many as 386 cases have recovered, raising recoveries' toll to (381,658), the ministry concluded.
