Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health announced on Tuesday that 951 new confirmed cases of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in the Kingdom.

The daily reported number brings the total number of infected cases to 400,228, including 8,820 active cases.

"There are 962 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable," the statement added.

It added that 8 new deaths have been reported, putting the tally of fatalities at 6,773.

Meanwhile, as many as 608 cases have recovered, raising recoveries' toll to 384,635.

On the other hand, 61,853 new laboratory tests were conducted, in the last 24-hour, across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
