Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health announced on Sunday that 953 new confirmed cases of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in the Kingdom.

The Ministry of Health revealed that the daily reported number brings the total number of infected cases to 412,216, including 9,759 active cases.

"There are 1,246 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable," the statement said.

"13 new deaths have been reported, putting the tally of fatalities at 6,900,"

Meanwhile, as many as 1,028 cases have recovered, raising recoveries' toll to 395,557.

The number of COVID-19 vaccine doses that have been administered through more than 590 vaccine centers reached 8,139,273 doses.
