Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health announced on Tuesday that 149 new confirmed cases of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported, in the Kingdom.

The daily reported number brings the total number to 362,488, including 2,772 active cases undergoing treatment, the health ministry said in their statement.

"There are 401 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable," the statement added.

"Only 8 new deaths have been reported; putting the tally of fatalities, at 6,204,"

Meanwhile, as many as 159 cases have recovered, raising recoveries' toll to 353,512.

On the other hand, 34,688 new laboratory tests were conducted, in the last 24-hour, across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia In a related new development, the Coronavirus vaccination centers, have witnessed a great appeal from the public, citizens as well as residents, as they turned out, pouring on the them to get vaccine, in the main cities of Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Region, the ministry reported, indicating that much more similar centers shall be, shortly, opened, all over the parts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
