Saudi Arabia Says Continuing Efforts to Lift Sudan from Terror List

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense; stressed on Monday the Kingdom's commitment to removing Sudan from the list of state sponsors of terrorism.

The Crown Prince also spoke by telephone with head of Sudan's Sovereign Council Abdul Fattah al-Burhan.

They discussed bilateral relations between Riyadh and Khartoum. Moreover, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed underscored Saudi Arabia's keenness on the stability and security of Sudan. This is to meet the aspirations of the people.

For his part, Burhan also appreciated Saudi Arabia's support for his country.
