Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources has announced that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has achieved the most world competitive price in terms of generation of wind power, where the price for the implementation of Dumat Al-Jandal wind power plant with a capacity of 400 MW has set a new world record for this type of projects at the financial closure.

The cost of electricity production at 1.99 cents / kWh has set a new world record, reflecting the confidence of local and international investors in the Kingdom's potential as a center for the development of renewable energy projects.
