Saudi Arabia’s CDC Signs Agreement with Swedish Public Health Agency

The Saudi Center for Disease Prevention and Control (CDC) has signed a cooperation agreement with the Public Health Agency of Sweden to strengthen relations and develop cooperation between the two countries in the field of public health.

The agreement aims to promote and develop public health initiatives of common concern, including workforce, organizational development, institutional strategy, business planning, specialized laboratories in microbiology, health economics analysis, prevention of non-communicable diseases, promotion of healthy lifestyles, control of communicable and non-communicable diseases and improving health.
