Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance has employed an interactive electronic platform on smart devices aimed at monitoring the quality of the mosques' environment in order to promote services being provided to pilgrims and visitors.
The Director General of the Islamic Affairs Ministry's branch in Makkah, Dr. Salem Al-Khamari said that the "Einaya" Platform aims to monitor the quality of mosques environment by enabling members of the society and pilgrims to contribute and send their observations on mosques, their employees, facilities and equipment.
