Saudi Arabia’s Masam Project Dismantles more than 1,400 Mines in Yemen

KSrelief Project Masam Dismantles 7,162 Mines in Yemen in April 2020

Saudi Arabia’s King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief)’s Masam Project for Clearing Mines in Yemen demined 1,432 mines during the second week of February 2021.

The project included 8 anti-personnel mines, 407 anti-tank mines, 1,013 unexploded ordnance and four explosive devices.

Since the beginning of the project, as many as 217,393 mines planted by the Houthi militia have been dismantled.
