Saudi Arabia's Ports Authority "MAWANI" announced Monday that they have achieved an increase in the total number of exported and imported containers during the year 2019.
The Authority said in a statement published on the officialnews agency of Saudi Arabia (SPA) that the increase reached 7 million, anincrease of 8.02%, arriving through 12,731 commercial vessels.
The statement added, the total number of tonnage cargohandled in Saudi ports during the past year reached 262 million tons, thenumber of passengers 1.3 million, while the number of vehicles 798,000, and thenumber of livestock 6 million heads.
