The General Conference of the League of Islamic Universities at its eleventh session has elected in Saturday Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa as President of the Association of Islamic Universities, Saudi Press Agency reported.
Al-Issa received the congratulations from muftis, scholars, and Islamic figures of Member States of the Association.
The Association of Islamic Universities was established in 1969.
