Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz met on Monday with Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Mark Millie.
Saudi Crown Prince also reviewed with Millie aspects of cooperation between the two countries, especially in the field of defense.
Afterwards, the two sides discussed the latest situation in the region, and joint efforts exerted towards it, in the interest of international peace and security.
On the Saudi side, the meeting was also attended by Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Defense, Assistant Defense Minister Mohammed Al Ayish, Chief of the General Staff Lieutenant General Fayyad Al Ruwaili, and Director General of the Office of Minister of Defense Dr. Hisham Al Sheikh.
Onthe US side, Ambassador to Saudi Arabia John Abizaid, Military Attaché to theKingdom Maj. Gen. Hagler Wendell, and a number of officials.
