Saudi Crown Prince undergoes surgery for appendicitis

Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, has undergone surgery; for the removal of appendix.

In a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency, the Royal Court also said the Crown Prince underwent; the surgery at King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh on Wednesday morning.

He left the hospital later in the day after the successful surgery.
