Saudi Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai Launches Campaign to Recruit Volunteers

Saudi Arabia's pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai, in partnership with the Emirates Foundation, has launched a volunteering campaign aimed at attracting about 1,000 Saudi citizens to volunteer in the pavilion throughout the period of the Expo, which will be held from October 2021 until March 2022.

"The initiative seeks to introduce Saudi talents, so that the Saudi volunteers will be ambassadors representing the culture of the Kingdom and its people," Commissioner General and Project Director for Saudi Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai Dr. Fahad bin Abdullah Al-Yabis said.

"This initiative will also greatly enhance our efforts to tell the story of transformation in the Kingdom through focusing on young people whom we consider the face of positive change," he added.

"The Saudi pavilion is expected to attract millions of visitors from around the world, as it will represent a window for the world to see the Kingdom's treasures," Dr. Al-Yabis added.
