Saudi-UAE Workshop on Cybersecurity Challenges to be held in Riyadh

Prince Saud Al-Faisal Institute for Diplomatic Studies, incooperation with Emirates Diplomatic Academy (EDA), will organize inRiyadh on Sunday a one-day workshop titled: "Cybersecurity, in Diplomatic Work".

This workshop comes within the works of the Saudi-UAE CoordinationCouncil, which aims to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countriesin various fields.

The workshop targets raising awareness of cybersecurity and cyberchallenges in diplomatic work, and building national capacities to deal withthese.

The workshop to have four sessions comprising eight main themesinvolving a number of ambassadors and specialists, in the field of diplomacy,communications and information technology from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia andthe United Arab Emirates (UAE), as well as ambassadors and professorsfrom international diplomatic and academic bodies, are set to participate, inthe workshop.
