Tabuk to launch the Festival of roses and fruit in new suit

The Festival of Roses and Fruit in Tabuk

The Festival of roses and fruit, in its seven version, started on Wednesday, the tenth of July 2019 under the patronage of the Prince of Tabuk and it will last for 20 days, in order to highlight the tourist, cultural and agricultural potential in the region.

The Festival of roses and fruits to include many events, activities, programs, and presentations for all strata of society. Providing economic opportunities for Tabuk’s residents, the festival is also for all professionals and business owners.

The Festival will be held at the Prince Fahad Bin Sultan Park. This year’s Festival will be in a new suit, with many pavilions and various sections, to highlight the potential of the Tabuk region in the agricultural, cultural and tourism fields.

The Festival also highlights Tabuk’s agricultural products and supports the young youth projects.

The Secretary General of the Tourism Development Council, Director of the General Authority for Tourism and National Heritage in Tabuk Region, Dr. Mabrouk Al-Shulaibi, said that this year’s festival will witness many new activities and events aimed at developing the festival and presenting it in a new suit to fulfill some of the aspirations of the Prince of the region, Chairman of the Tourism Development Council to provide activities that serve young men and women in the region, highlight their talents, and provide joy and pleasure to visitors to the festival, noting the support that the festival finds each year by the Prince of the Tabuk region.

In an effort to highlight the tourist, cultural and agricultural potential in the region, the Saudi Airlines participates in sponsoring and supporting the Festival of roses and fruits in Tabuk as an official carrier for its guests and participants, as part of its strategic partnership with the National Authority for Tourism and National Heritage and its efforts in supporting the social responsibility programs of the national carrier, which sponsors many tourism events and other social and seasonal occasions in different regions of Saudi Arabia.
