The Saudi Badminton Federation has signed a cooperation agreement with Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University to establish the first badminton training academy for women in Saudi Arabia, where the practice of the game will be available to all the badminton's female-lovers and fans in the Saudi society.

This came within the framework of the agreement, which was signed, on Tuesday evening, in Prince Faisal bin Fahd Olympic Complex in the presence of Muqrin Al-Muqrin President of the Saudi Federation of Badminton, and Dr. Munira Al Muqrin, Dean of Student Affairs at Princess Nora bint Abdulrahman University.

This cooperation between the Saudi Badminton Federation and Princess Noura University comes within the framework of the Federation's plan which seeks to achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 by increasing the number of practitioners of both sexes and empowering women in the sports field.

The range of services and programs that will be offered to the practice within the framework of the Convention covers all aspects of support and facilitation in terms of providing tools and qualifying training cadres for training in the field of the game in accordance with the highest standards of training and professionalism by joining a series of training courses in cooperation with the International Federation of the game.
