Two Saudi Arabia’s Researchers Win Awards for Innovation and Scientific Research

Two Saudi researchers at King Abdulaziz City for Science andTechnology have won two awards for innovation and scientific research from theFederation of Arab Scientific Research Councils for Scientific Research 2019.

Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Asiri, won the innovation awardfor his invention of a high-frequency digital noise device, designed to producedigital noise signals using digital transmission lines, which are characterizedby accuracy, confidentiality and high frequency, not affected by heat, its lowcost and ease of application.

Engineer Alaa bin Abdullah Badakhen won the youngresearchers award in the field of artificial intelligence for his research tobuild a fog network for the internet of things, aiming to enable smart gridpoints that use fog computing technology to be applied in the field ofadaptable IoT equipment using machine learning and artificial intelligence.
