The United Arab Emirates has expressed its condemnation of the attempts of the Iran-backed terrorist Houthi militia to target cities of Riyadh and Jazan with ballistic missiles that Saudi Air Defence was able to intercept and destroy.
Ina statement issued by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and InternationalCooperation, the UAE reiterated its full solidarity with the Kingdom of SaudiArabia in the face of these terrorist attacks against civilians, its standing withthe Kingdom against every threat to its security and stability, and its supportfor all the Kingdom's measures to preserve its security and safety of itscitizens and residents on its territory.
Thestatement affirmed that the security of UAE is indivisible part of the securityof the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and that any threat or risk facing the Kingdomis a threat to the security and stability system in the UAE, stressing thatthis attack not only targets the Kingdom but also the unity and solidarity ofthe world in these difficult circumstances in which it faces the novelCoronavirus (COVID-19).
Bahrainhas strongly condemned the firing of ballistic missiles by the Iran-backedHouthi militias against Riyadh and Jazan in Saudi Arabia.
Ina statement issued today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs commended thevigilance of the Royal Saudi Air Force in intercepting and destroying themissiles and denounced the terrorist act that reflects the insistence of Houthimilitias to undermine the security of Saudi Arabia and the region.
Theministry stressed Bahrain's solidarity with Saudi Arabia, affirming its supportto all measures taken by Saudi the Kingdom to preserve the safety and securityof all citizens and residents on its territory.
