US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo called on Iranto be held accountable for withdrawing its obligations under internationalnuclear agreements, stressing that Iran's failure to report nuclear material isa clear violation of the nuclear non-proliferation agreements.
"All countries should hold Iran accountableunder the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, which has formed the basis for waysto control nuclear weapons globally since the Cold War," Pompeo told anews conference today at the State Department.
He stressed that the Iranian regime must cooperateimmediately with the International Atomic Energy Agency, and fully comply withthe obligations contained in the safeguards agreements of the Agency.
