World Health Assembly Reviews Saudi Arabia's Experience in Reducing Trans Fat in Food Industry

World Health Assembly reviewed on Thursday the Kingdom's experience in reducing the Trans fats in the food industry.

This came during the Kingdom's participation in the session held in Geneva, in the presence of WHO President Dr. Tedros Adhanom.

The Kingdom's food industary standards is aiming to be aligned with the World Health Organization's (WHO) goal that to prevent the use of synthetic trans fats in the food industry before 2023.
