The Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesu, congratulated Muslims all over the world on the advent of Eid Al-Adha.

He also congratulated the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the steps it has taken to ensure the safety of pilgrims as much as possible this year. He praised the measures taken by the Kingdom, noting that it is a perfect example of what countries could do in order to adapt themselves to the new situation, and coexist with the virus and protect the lives of people.
