Yemeni Scholars extol Saudi Arabia’s efforts to develop educational process

A number of scholars of Yemen have expressed their thanks and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and HRH the Crown Prince, for the great and continuous efforts made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to support Yemen and confront the Iran-backed Houthi militia.

This came in statement, after their meeting with Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al-Sheikh yesterday, as part of the periodic meetings of the program of communication with Yemeni scholars.

The advisor to the Yemeni President, Dr. Muhammad bin Musa Al-Ameri, confirmed that the tremendous efforts made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in support of the Yemeni people are appreciated by all the Yemeni people who realize that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the corner stone not only for Yemen, but of all Muslims in the world.

For his part, the Mufti of Aden, Sheikh Ali Barwais, praised the program of communication with Yemeni scholars on which the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance in the Kingdom is based, and considered it a pioneering program that aims to gather the efforts of scholars and preachers to fulfill their duty to preserve the intellectual and cultural identity of Yemen, appreciated the stances of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with Yemen in all levels.
